" What a fabulous team you sent! Mike and I really enjoyed David, Skip, Gina and Michael. They are so efficient and professional and yet still manage to be fun! We set up the yard with no problem. The guests felt taken care of the entire evening. They left my kitchen immaculate. Wonderful staff! We really can't say enough.
The food was a HUGE hit! Everyone loved the salads especially. They also loved the chicken and the grilled cheese. The steak was delicious, too. Your caesar dressing is tasty! The cupcakes were a hit and were gone by nights end. WOW!

Bruno Perdigoto
General Manger at Phil's Sliders
|
The Phil's Sliders team is happy to announce our our newest General Manager, Bruno Perdigoto! Bruno was born in Evora, Portugal and is fluent in Portuguese. He has also lived in Brazil and Texas but moved to Berkeley about 2 years ago to pursue his degree in Computer Science at UC Berkeley.
Bruno has been at Phil's for 7 months and has already hit the ground running. Besides begin promoted to General Manager he's has began to reach out to the community by bringing Fantastic Comic's Ladies Comic Book Club to Phil's for their monthly meetings. The group is open to the public and meets on the first Sunday of every month so come in and join them for a meeting and a slider!
In his spare time Bruno enjoys playing video games and cooking for his friends. We are excited about his enthusiasm for customer service and his dedication to making Phil's the best it can be! Welcome to the team Bruno!

Artichoke, toasted pine nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano in a flaky filo purse
Grilled chipotle marinated shrimp with honey, garlic, lime and fresh mint
Scallion crepes filled with roasted duck and hoisin
On the Buffet
Salad of baby kale, hard boiled egg, shaved Manchego cheese, and toasted pumpkin seeds
lemon dijon vinaigrette
Fresh yellow, orange and red heirloom tomatoes
with herb salad, crumbled feta and champagne vinaigrette
Frittata of yams, roasted red onion, cheddar, Parmgianno Reggiano, brown butter, sage, rosemary, and thyme
Poached salmon with a sauce of black olives, capers and pistachios,
with garlic, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, red pepper flakes and fresh herbs
Roasted filet mignon with caramelized shallots and a balsamic truffle drizzle

Our simple menu includes yummy sliders made from Sun Fed Farms grass-fed beef, fried chicken sliders, vegetarian sliders, crisp potato tots, sweet potato fries, fresh organic cole slaw, salads, milkshakes made with organic milk, and a variety of unique sodas. We also have beer, wine and Sangria!
