Dear Friends:

It is hard to believe another year is ending but it is time to say goodbye to 2014.  It is even harder to believe that this is my 182nd issue of my newsletter.  I do not know how many Meet Ups, radio shows and personal appearances I have done since I have become a full time psychic medium but they must be in the hundreds. It is a little hard to believe.

This month Natalie takes a break from her writing but she will be back very soon.  She receives a lot of praise for her work and it is well deserved because of her passion for it.  We have started a new Meet Up just for Past Life Regression topics in the Dallas area for her practice.  The "Open Mind Institute" Meet Up will be having its first Meet Up in January. We go to Houston one more time this year before we gear up for 2015.  There will be changes to my policies and minor increases in the pricing of my services next year.  These changes have become necessary as expenses and my business conditions require adjustments.  They are more for clarification than anything else.

I hope you have a happy holiday season whether you are celebrating Hanukkah, Christmas or another celebration.  It is good to take time out to celebrate and be with family and friends.

Every year at this time, I write an article with a different perspective about reflection. This year has been a banner year for me with all of the positive changes that I have experienced. The list is long of wonderful events that have occurred, with my marriage to Natalie being the most significant and joyful. My mother celebrating her 90^th birthday is another huge milestone in my life that I experienced this year. I know that the memories that have been created this year will be with me for the rest of my life because they have not only helped my disposition, they have uplifted my spirit. The events of this year will be a reminder to me that we are meant to be happy in life and not sad.

 

We did not come to this world to be in grief or allow problems to overwhelm us. However, there may be periods in life when it appears this is the case. Issues in life are unavoidable, but this is the time when we must rely on the positive memories we created in the past and the good things we currently enjoy to help us persevere. My work as a psychic and a medium gives me a unique opportunity to peer into the lives of others and witness the joys and trials in life. I notice that when my clients experience difficult times, they realize that they are not on the path of happiness and need to change.

 

It is inspiring to me to watch people grow and adjust their lives. A reading or a moment of reflection may be just the ingredient they need to get back on the track of having a happier life. When a client says to me that they feel better after a reading, it is very rewarding. Sometimes our loved ones in spirit give us a boost when they let us know they are okay. They want us to be at peace and remember the good times shared with them. Spirits can remind us that our time is not over here in the living and that new positive memories are possible with the loved ones and friends around us.

 

This year was an especially good year for me, and I hope if you are reflecting at this time that it was a good one for you as well. It is in these times, when we do not feel burdened with problems, that we can make the most progress in life and be at peace. Then when difficulties do arise, we are able to draw upon the good feelings we had in the past and feel comfort in the knowledge that good times are possible again. We can use our memories as an anchor to help us recover from grief and remind us that it is up to us to find happiness. If this is difficult, it is our responsibility to create it!

I participated this year in the "people's choice" survey for the most recognized Lightworkers in the world, and the results have just been published. The voting included over 30,000 people worldwide, and over 3000 psychics and mediums were nominated. There were several categories, and many familiar names were among the Lightworkers in the survey. Each nominated participant had to reach a threshold of votes to remain in the counting.

 

Each nominee had to meet certain criteria of legitimacy and credibility and was monitored for ethical behavior and honesty. However, I know that many extremely talented individuals were not recognized for many other reasons. Some may not have been well-known, they may have had no knowledge of the survey, or there was no energy around their participation. Some people in this field simply do not need to participate in this type of survey. It is not just being well known that makes a good Lightworker; it is their intention, the passion in their heart, and the talent they possess.

 

The metaphysical industry is changing rapidly and in order for it to gain credibility, the public needs to have a certain comfort level before there is widespread acceptance. This comfort level starts with the support of clients and the trust they have in you. Being recognized and ranked in the country and in the world means that there has been achievement in obtaining credibility this area. There will always be skeptics, but the people who are willing to be tested and prove to be authentic in the industry will survive. I want to be among those who have demonstrated their legitimacy.

It is very humbling to be recognized by independent organizations and ranked for my work. I appreciate my clients and their willingness to show support for me. My commitment to clients is to be fully invested in their well-being and use my gifts to serve them.

 

 
This month I am offering my Crystal Ball and Crystal Skull workshop in the Dallas area.  It will be on December 3rd at Miracles of Joy in Lewisville, Texas.  The workshop covers material involving developing your clairvoyance and using the energy of crystals for healing and insight.  It is a fun workshop that I have been teaching for a couple of years and students leave very impressed with the knowledge they gain from it.  The grounding and spiritual aspects of crystal energy is refreshing and removes false notions involving them.  The cost of the workshop is $30.00 in advance or $35.00 at the door.

Next month, I venture into Palmistry by offering an introductory workshop in this area.  Many people have asked about this ancient form of divination and I am pleased to bring my knowledge and research on the topic to those who want to learn more.  This workshop is offered on January 3rd at Miracle of Joy in Lewisville.  We are offering an introductory price of $25.00 per person if paid in advance or $30.00 at the door.
