I do not write about relationships very often, but I thought that this month would be a good time since it is spring, when the universe seems to allow new relationships to blossom.  The weather is better, and the opportunity to meet new people is easier.  There is also a tendency to connect with people from the past.  New relationships are exciting because there is a euphoria felt by both parties.  However, emotions can often betray our good sense and our ability to keep personal boundaries. No one escapes struggles in relationships, but it takes both parties to work together to solve those issues.

When a relationship is good, there is no need to seek advice.  On the other hand, when a relationship struggles, ends with problems, or ends suddenly, it can cause a great deal of grief.  The grief is not just experienced by one party; it is experienced by both people to some degree.  Some seek therapy or advice from someone like me. I see both sides in my practice as a psychic, and I have learned many things about relationship grief.

The first thing I have learned is that the universe has no easy solutions to solve or cure the emotional pain caused from a failed relationship, but it does have solutions. 

Positive coping behavior allows you to maintain some sense of normalcy.  I have learned that the universe demands taking a proactive approach.  It is difficult, but being as positive as possible will serve you well.  Being proactive and expressing yourself with honor and maintaining your confidence are just a couple of ways you can move to a higher level in your grief recovery.  These are not the only methods to practice, but they can be helpful.

My next book discusses the various forms of grief and the strategies the universe offers us to overcome them.  Grief is an emotional roller coaster that all of us must face at some point in life, but it does not have to define us.  Metaphysics and the universe can help us gain perspective and offer insight for us to heal. If you are in a situation where you are suffering from relationship grief, then ask the universe to take your partner's place to help you find solutions to be whole again.
