Thank You Hendricks PTO!

The Monster Bash was a huge success thanks to our wonderful PTO!  We would like to express our deep appreciation to Aronson Kagiliery and Colleen Barnett who co-chaired this event.  Their team has been working on this event since June and all their efforts created an evening to remember!  We can't wait for next year!
A Scary Way to Start Your Day

Parents - join us in the gym this Friday, October 31st between 8:00 - 9:00 AM for coffee and treats!  Sip your coffee and see the wonderful costume creations from both the students and staff during the 9:00 AM Halloween Parade.  Feel free to come in costume...if you dare!
Family Night at Chick-fil-A

Join Hendricks at our Family Night Out on MondayNovember 17th, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM!   Chick-fil-A @ the St. Johns Town Center will donate 20% of the total amount of Hendricks receipts!  If you are unable to attend that evening, you can come in anytime that day and place your receipt in the HENDRICKS bucket.  If you go through the drive thru, simply ask the cashier to place your receipt in the bucket.  It really is that simple!  Make sure to invite your friends and family - hope to see you there!

In addition to enjoying wonderful food and friends, a dress down pass will be distributed to each student and staff member who attends.  The dress down day will be Tuesday, November 18th (remember no sandals or flip flops).  Please see Moppy McGee or Beth Hood at Chick-fil-A to receive your dress down pass.

Movember with Dali

This week, 3rd grade students donned some mustaches and worked on Salvodor Dali inspired artwork!

Yearbook Recognition Ads

Tell your student how proud you are with a Yearbook Recognition Ad!  Share favorite childhood photos, stories and more with a personal message that will be printed in the yearbook and treasured forever. A full page in the yearbook is $200, a half page is $160 and a quarter page is $110. You will receive a $25 discount on your advertisement if you have it completed and paid in full by Tuesday, Dec. 9th. You can also purchase $5 ads to celebrate your favorite student, parent, teacher or whoever you want to recognize. The ad will be approximately half the size of a standard business card.

Many businesses have taken advantage of the opportunity to advertise as well as support an outstanding school, by placing an ad in the yearbook. You have the same opportunity. These advertisements cost the same as a student ad; however, if you purchase a business ad, you will be able to purchase a student ad for half the price.

For a better quality ad, please ensure it is larger than 1MB. Additionally, it must be in JPEG format. You can send it via email, thumb drive or on a CD. All advertisements must be completed by Tuesday, March 3rd.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Renea Dunn at [email protected].
