Happy Spring?! We in VA aren't complaining but are still waiting for slightly warmer weather. I hope everyone is surviving their winter and warming up to the coming of Spring.
We will be attending more conferences this year; keep your eye out to see if we will be in a neighborhood near you!
We will be attending the ASA Staffing Law Conference in May; hoping to return with better news and more insight into the management of the Affordable Health Care Act, how it will affect our clients and the best way to implement the rules within the COATS System.
As the year moves on, so do the Tax Changes and Updates. Be sure on March 29th to go check the Customers Only site to receive the updated 941 Form and Federal and State Quarterly changes. We'll try to tuck a few fun updates in as well.
We continue to program towards COATS Visual! A GUI interface update to COATSsql. We are quite excited about the possibilities and welcome any and all suggestions.

 On March 29, we'll post an update to the both versions; some features will include:
- 941 Form updated
- Quarterly Federal and State Reports updated
- IL Medicaid Reform "SMART" Act monthly file updated
- Staffing Reports/Availability Report updated to include applicant's city
- Client Reports/Client Assignment Review reports updated

 COATS is currently holding a beta of a new Client Portal function. With this option, authorized users have access to create Client profiles with the ability to allow client access to: - Update basic address information
