It's hard to believe that 2012 is almost over! We've spent another wonderful year working with you, helping your businesses grow and learning more about you. We hope this holiday season brings you, your family and your business every possible joy.
We'll be closed Dec. 24 & 25th, but open on Dec. 26-28. In fact, we'll be updating COATS during that time. Then, we'll close again Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, but we'll hit the ground running on Jan. 2, ready for the cavalcade of fun that is year-end.

Making the Holidays Happier
 Instead of spreading cheer with holiday cards this year, we've decided to concentrate the cheer in our local area. COATS has donated a gift to the Roc Solid Foundation, a group devoted to helping kids who are beating cancer. We've also made a gift to the Child Nutrition Programs within the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia to combat hunger among kids and help the future grow up strong.

 The COATS Users Group on LinkedIn is starting to heat up! Many users are discussing the new Employee Portal! We created this group for COATS users to discuss the software with us and with each other so we can all get more out of it.
