In December of 2012, PPPC began to build a better, improved IT solution for our members. We have been working diligently with Office Beacon to create and build the framework for a scalable IT solution.
The first step is to provide a seamless transition of the current platform to our new provider, make some preliminary improvements so that we start with a better product. Our new platform will be the base for a process of continual improvement, allowing us to add exciting enhancements and new features throughout the year.
We are pleased to inform you that we will transition on March 31st, 2013. Until then, our current provider has assured us that they will continue to support Promocan without interruption.
Once the transition to our new provider has been completed, you will receive notifications regularly with news of upcoming enhancements. In April, we will tell you of the next series of innovative and exciting features that will be added. These announcements and new features will keep on coming.
We appreciate your patience and loyalty. We greatly value the ideas and recommendations that so many of you have provided. Nothing would have been possible without your support.
