A Musical
is a world premiere comedy set in a small town in middle-America, where the cast of characters face issues like racism, gun control, religion and conspiracy theories. The romantic triangle between handsome Junior, suicidal goth waitress Chloe and rich stoner kid Basil is complicated. The secret carried by Little Pete is tearing him apart. Will he tell his father? Celebrating Zombie lore and the original genre films made by George Romero, the tuneful score includes songs like "Zombies Shuffle," "Puppies and Kittens," and "I Will Be Next."

You've Been Accepted Now What
By Raine Bee
Twelve years of primary education have come and gone. Your young adult is about to leave the nest to head off to college. If this is your first child to head off to school, you may be at a loss as to where to start. A year ago I was nearly clueless as to how to get the process started after those acceptance letters started rolling in. While we are thrilled for our children, we are secretly unsure as to what we need to do next as parents. Below is a listing of simple tips which I hope will guide parents through the "now what" period from acceptance letter to first day on campus.

Fordham University

Mission Statement
Latina Fifty-Plus, pays tribute to Latinas over fifty years of age who were pioneers. They shaped their careers in a time when Latina women were venturing onto pathways where very few Latinas were seen or accepted. This program acknowledges the trailblazers who were among the first in their profession. By creating this venue which expresses public appreciation for Latina women over fifty, they will have the opportunity to tell their personal narratives. They can provide a historical perspective on what it was like to have lived in a time when Latina feminism was not the norm or tolerated.

"RHINA GETS LEAN"
|
In, the past 2 Seasons of "Rhina Gets Lean" We explored all types of methods to design a healthy lifestyle. This year we enter into a 20 weeks mission to reach the Ultimate Challenge! To Boldly go... Where we have never gone before...
THE NYC MARATHON!!!
This year we enter:
"Rhina Gets Lean - Race: The Final Frontier!"
As, we embark on this unknown journey together. The one thing I am certain about is, being a stand for the next generation. The latino community health statistics are troubling: http://www.nylarnet.org .
And, so instead of settling for outcomes, I thought, we could begin working from a preventive perspective. Aside, from considering different food combinations and moderating portions. I thought, I would be the example of what it means to incorporate the beauty of our parks, while having fun, running. All, while teaching my child a healthy way for us to spend quality time together.
The reason I chose: "Team For Kids!"
Please help me earn my lime green T and my spot in this years NYC Marathon by donating to the cause for our next generation!

On Food Allergy
By Tomoko
Many lay claim to suffering from food allergies. I question if every case is an actual food allergy or if some cases are psychosomatic. My brother-in-law cannot eat certain types of fish. When he ingested some by accident, he almost ended up in the emergency room because his respiratory system became inflamed and he could not breathe. While we might blame pollution, pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, and many other toxins which come in contact with our food, I am led to believe that some cases of food allergy are psychological.
