Appraisal-1 Course at NFCAR
3/11, 3/18, 4/1, 4/8 & 4/15
CAR's Appraisal-I program concentrates on residential appraisal - you will learn residential appraisal formulas and how to evaluate competitive properties. The program provides practice in appraiser techniques to determine values for loans, sales, and insurance. The rules, laws, regulations, and principles governing the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are explained.
Appraisal-1 is scheduled for March 11, 18, April 1, 8 & 15 courses run from 9:00am - 4:30pm with an hour break for lunch
