Hello Friends of Parlando,
Our 2014 Fall Semester is underway and we have a lot of exciting things going on! We would like to thank you all for making music an important part of your lives - and for making Parlando your home for doing so.
Thank you as well to all of the families who have taken advantage of our new offering of FREE monthly group classes for students enrolled in private piano lessons. Assignments have been emailed out and classes start this month. If you haven't signed up for a class yet (or were expecting an assignment but haven't seen one yet), please contact Parlando's Education Director, Dr. Emily Book McGree.
NEW CLASSES
We are opening a New Section of Kids N Keys. This class will be on Fridays from 4:30-5:15 beginning on 9/12. This is a great class for young beginners. Please follow the link for more information or contact Emily or me directly. Tuition has been pro-rated for the later start.
Our "Popular" OZ/Wicked Classes have begun but we still have a few spots open in the 6:30-8pm section. Please contact me directly for more information about signing up for this class with a pro-rated discount.
We have some new faculty members who have joined the Parlando teaching family this fall. Please help me in welcoming Olivia Hemley, Mary Matthews, Noelani Newburn, Brandon Norton, Alexandra Trosper and Colleen White. You can click on their names to read more about them. Our friends at MajoringInMusic.com are having a FREE information session for people who are interested in majoring in music. The event is on Tuesday, September 16th from 7pm to 8:30pm at the BVSD Education Center (6500 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder). Attendance is free but an RSVP is suggested.
