Over the last six months we have been talking about how to make our summer offerings more interesting, fun and accommodating for our students and their families. After much talk, thought and work, we believe we've come up with our most compelling summer offerings yet. Highlights include:
- Opening enrollment two months earlier than before so that families have the opportunity to better plan around camps their kids want to attend;
- Half-day and full-day camp options - both at a competitive price;
- Camps that are both fun and educational - and have something different to offer; and
- Camps that culminate in some sort of performance.
This week you will be receiving our summer camp brochure. The brochure is meant to be a tool that gives you all of the pertinent information: What, where, when and how much. More in-depth details for our camps can be found on our website by clicking
here.
These camps are in addition to our normal year-round private lesson offerings (for more information about private lessons, please contact us directly).
Our full-day camps are competitively priced, include outdoor time, often culminate in some sort of performance for friends and family and feature music-centered films in the Dairy Center's Boedecker Theater. Students will spend their mornings furthering their music education in a fun and relaxed environment, will have lunch at a park and then will enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of The Boe while watching a film that augments the learning that took place in the morning. Half-day students can opt out of the film-portion without missing any of the morning instruction. We think we've come up with a pretty unique offering - and we hope you'll agree and try it out!
Registration for the Summer 2014 session is now underway. Please be sure to register before March 21st to receive our "Early Bird" pricing on camps. Register before April 30th to receive our "Early Bird" pricing on private lessons. Camp registration will close on May 1st while private lesson registration is always on-going.We hope to see you at camp this summer!
Best,
