Hello Friends of Parlando,   

 

Our mission at Parlando is to be Colorado's premier arts school where people of all ages and abilities come together to share the language of music and the arts.  To truly encompass "all ages" we are excited to announce the addition of a new set of classes for young children, ages birth to 3 years.  Lead and taught by experienced teacher, performer and mother, Kristel Jelinek Brown, these classes combine interactive storytelling, songs, movement, puppetry and games to gently introduce young children to theater and the performing arts.  Each week children will use their bodies, voices and imaginations to explore specific themes, stories and theatrical techniques (such as juggling, puppetry, music and storytelling.)  This weekly journey will foster children's creative, physical and social development, as well as strengthen their imaginative play and pre-literacy skills.

In addition to a 6-week session at two different ages groups, we are offering FREE Open House classes to try it out.  NOTE that while there is no cost to attend these Open House classes, you must RSVP to reserve your spot.

 

Theater for Little Ones (ages 0-18 months, with caregiver)

Tuesdays 10:45 - 11:30
