Masa Israel Teaching Fellows aims to close the achievement gap in Israel's education system by placing outstanding college graduates as English teachers' aides in schools throughout Israel. Fellows live in communities throughout Israel and work with local students in need. Fill the Void tells the story of an Orthodox Hassidic family from Tel Aviv. Eighteen-year-old Shira is about to be married off to a young man of the same background. On Purim, her sister, Esther, dies while giving birth to her first child. The pain and grief that overwhelm the family postpone Shira's promised match. Everything changes when an offer is proposed to match Yochay - the late Esther's husband - to a widow from Belgium. When the girls' mother finds out that Yochay may leave the country with her only grandchild, she proposes a match between Shira and the widower.

Congregation Sinai Religious seeking Religious School Teachers
Congregation Sinai Religious School is seeking warm and innovative teachers for the fall school year. Teachers must be available on Tuesday afternoons from 4:00PM - 6:15PM and/or Sunday mornings from 8:45AM-12:15PM for the 2013-2014 school year. Religious School year runs from late August through early June. Sinai offers an hourly range based on related education/experience from $25-$60. We are looking to fill the following positions:
Kindergarten Religious School Teacher- basic aleph bet
3rd-7th grade Judaics- no Hebrew required
3rd-7th Tefilah specialist
Our teachers should have the following skills:
- Ability to create unique, creative lesson plans based on our general curriculum
- Ability/willingness to interact with parents
- Ability to work with, and guide teenage teacher's aids
- Ability to bring current relevance to Jewish history, holidays, and bible studies.
- A passion for working with children in grades K-7th
- - Knowledge of the Conservative Shabbat service and prayers - An interest in the Congregation Sinai community and the conservative movement.

I am 25 years old, in my past I have lived in America, Israel and England as my parents are music teachers, and I also play the cello. Seeking Religious School Teachers
Congregation Emeth, a small congregation with a small religious and Hebrew school in Morgan Hill, is seeking teachers for Fall 2013. We are looking for teachers for our religious school (pre k - 8th grade) and our Hebrew school.
Our school is unique in that the religious school meets from 4:30-6:30 on Friday evenings! The Hebrew School meets on Wed. afternoons 4:00 - 5:00 and 6:00 - 7:00. Classes are small and the environment is very warm and family friendly. There will be plenty of help for a student who would like to serve the children in our school from parents and staff.
