On March 8, 2015, International Women's Day, a Vatican door opened a little wider for women in the Catholic Church. Under the auspices of Voices of Faith, (voicesoffaith.org) a panel of five women forged a brand new conversation about women's leadership, ministry and roles in the Catholic Church.
Steering away from the usual pattern of male clerics discussing and deciding what is best for women in the Church, this conversation was about women by women.
