"Good morning! I'm happy to inform you that your future is very bright. Therefore, never live with a sense of dread. Just because you have some things in life that strongly resist you does not mean your life doesn't hold something great to accomplish. Great callings are always resisted.
Just be sure you're not the one resisting that great calling. Many do this, and then offer the excuse of how much the devil is attacking them. Being resisted from accomplishing God work and suffering the consequences of running from your calling are two very different things.
When the resistance is because you are doing kingdom business you can endure it with joy; but when you are the one doing the resisting I assure you it feels like hell has set up shop throughout your entire life. Be careful that you are not the one opening the door to your enemy.
It's plain foolishness to expect your resistance to God's will in your life to work to your good just because you love Him and are called according to His purpose. Yes, there is a Scripture that tells us that He will work things out favorably for us. However, this speaks of those living faithful to His purpose.
If you're the resistor, don't kid yourself with blessing your deliberate disobedience and then using God's Word to exempt your rebellion and ease your conscience. You will be greatly disappointed if you do this. Participation on your part to follow His lead is always necessary for His favor to be in your life." ~Dad~
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 NKJV) |
