Let us therefore put off our former ideas and conversations to who we are, and come to see the real you in Christ Jesus. The mind of Christ is His strength in us to do and be who He says we are. The only thing we have to do is put that mind on.
How do we go about that? By looking into God's glorious Word and it to our life which clarifies in detail who we really are, if only we will. God's Word has power to change us back to the person we were created to be before we were high jacked by a lying spirit of this world.
It's true that we were born into sin without a single excuse; but it is more abundantly clear as we read God's Word that can never lie, that we have been freed from this stronghold of death by the finished work of Christ.
Therefore, by reason of God's love for us we can discover who we are now really meant to be. This is revealed only by the written Word of God and confirmed by His Holy Spirit within our hearts. No other way can you find the answer. It's Christ alone !
The power to be saved is in the strength of God's right Arm (Jesus) who died to take away the lies that once held each of us captive. Blind and destined for destruction, the Father of light sent His Son Jesus.
Thereby we are now free born sons of righteousness, if we look to Him who is able to keep us without one chargeable piece of evidence of sin being admissible within His courtroom. His gavel falls authoritatively, PARDONED!!!" ~Dad~
