The Bible teaches that we are God's prophets and thereby anything we command throughout the day is how it will go. Therefore don't be a loose cannon with your words, royalty has power when they speak.
There are most things in this life that we are commanded to speak life to; but don't overlook the fact there are also other things that require us to speak death to. To know the difference requires God's wisdom.
I know you are probably thinking if I am a child of God how can it ever be right to speak death? We can do this with God's blessing when something is destroying life.
What I mean by this is for example: when someone has been diagnosed with cancer, we have the power and authority to speak death to the cancer...it is an enemy to life.
Never should we ever speak death into life, we can only speak death to death. We are born of eternal life and therefore our speech is filled with life. The real enemy is death, not the people who are wearing it." ~Dad~ |
