Living and dying are the only two paths that we get to walk while wearing these earth suits. The content of how a person does this is weighed heaviest either by how they live or how they die each day. Nothing is more sad than to watch a life that is not living while they are technically speaking, alive. When dying every day is how a person chooses to live, one can hardly stand to watch it.
Living does not necessarily mean there are no struggles in life, on the contrary, the struggles and the one who addresses them responsibly is what proves they are really alive. The walking dead however, just move from one crisis to the next but aren't ever determined to live; for every struggle adds one more reminder that they are but a corpse because of their inactivity. They have quit on life.
God has infused determination in a person to conquer and get the victory over anything. So, every person is without excuse. But sadly, many lose the will to fight the good fight of faith, because they have lost their determination that they can overcome all opposition. Living is something we have to do on purpose, otherwise, our neglect to fight, will snuff out our ability and will to live.
You are endowed with the Creator's likeness and image, therefore, in you is everything needed to overcome ALL obstacles or deterrents to your God given purpose. Struggles when handled with God's wisdom and faith in His Word, will always enlarge your wisdom and your faith to do the impossible. Don't ever underestimate this, though the struggles can be difficult, you are equipped to overcome everyone of them because of the God who dwells in you." ~Dad~ |
