Daily Words From Dad

"Good morning! Did you know there are a great deal of believers of Jesus Christ  in this world? Yet, I would like to pose this question, what are they believing? What I mean by this is not asking a trick question, but if we believe in something then shouldn't there be a manifestation or fruit to what is being believed in? So, I'll ask it again, what are you believing?

I'm convinced if there is no fruit to what I'm believing, then it is only an idea. An idea may be a correct assessment of a real truth, and one still not have its fruit. Why? Because fruit bearing of what we believe is through the process of living by it without other options to fall back on. In other words, if you declare God as your Source, then why do you worry when things become greatly stretched as though He would abandon you?

So, believing is more than saying you believe. This is why God says its impossible to please Him without faith. You don't have faith in something because you say it, you have faith when you live and die by it. An idea can land upon a very correct answer, and still not be proven so that it bears the evidence of what is being proclaimed. Therefore, if you call yourself a believer, what are you actually believing within that statement?

You might boast to give your answer, well in Jesus of course! Then there should be the evidences of such believing in Him. What would that consist of? Perfect health, prosperity, soundness of mind, peace, joy, etc. these are the benefits of believing in Jesus. These benefits are in the promise by a God who does not lie. Therefore, we should be abounding in evidences of what He has promised to them that believe." ~Dad~

Matthew 5:4 Blessed and enviably happy [with a happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted!
