"Good morning! Did you know this is going to be a good day for conquering oppositions of all kinds. Don't cop a bad attitude or it just may be the opposition will do the conquering. I can't help but reflect on something the Bible speaks of at this juncture in our talk, we are more than conquerors! That's CONQUER with OARS, a good craft for floating above your troubled waters. I like the Dr. Seuss definition for dealing with adversity: 'I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!'
The difficulties of life are intended to make us better, not bitter. If you can't handle difficulties, then you don't have the proper outlook for having triumphant victories. Instead, you're seeing things as domineering over you and have forgotten that you were created to dominate your troubles. I think frogs have it much more easy than us people, they can at least eat what bugs them. Bad times have a spiritual value for those who have their faith eyes open. These are occasions a good learner would never miss for they prepare them for greater opportunities in life. When all we can do is focus on our discomforts and struggles at the present, the bigger our adversary gets in our eyes that we can't see around him. This will effect our perspectives to what we are capable of doing and the victory that's really there for us.
Some have collapsed under the weight of worrying over what they think is coming next even though they have come through something very difficult before...but have forgotten those; in fact, many times they have overcome trials with the help of God. But it was short lived because of their wrong perceptions of why we face adversities. I want to express something here to you today if you are suffering from the quit spirit. Breakdowns can create breakthroughs. Things fall apart so things can fall together. Remember this! Many times we have gotten knocked off course by a few stumbles here and there and then presumed because we did, we were failures. Not true at all. You just lost your balance.
That's why I'm your here, to stabilize your wrong thinking and point you in the right direction. So get up and let's get going. You have huge appointments with destiny. This other kind of thinking is just bad for going places you were created for. Remember this all important statement: When walking through the "valley of shadows," remember, a shadow is simply cast because of a Light that's presently behind it. In other words, its something standing between you and the Light. The Light is a ever present help nearer than you may realize. So scare the heck out of that dark shadow; run smack towards it fearless and knowing fully that its nothing in comparison to who you are; and you will see this perfectly once you step between the shadow and the Light...the darkness will have to flee because of the illuminating Light that surrounds you!" ~Dad~ |
