Live-Well-Fit

Decades of experience and more importantly, a passion for what she does, is the driving force behind Suzi McKee's business, Live-Well-Fit.

Working on her business plan and financial projections with the SBDC, Suzi was able to decide on a business structure that suited her needs and rented a private facility in the Court Time building at 34th/Bell.

Live-Well-Fit is a women only program and Suzi stresses that it is not a gym! Fitness classes and hands-on nutrition training are core aspects of what she offers, but the relationships she's built with her groups and the bonds between clients have become equally as important to her attendees' personal success.

Fit Camps were the first classes at Live-Well-Fit and remain the heart of Suzi's mission. Her Beginner Fit Camps are for women over 40, any age woman who might be intimidated by gyms or women starting a healthier lifestyle who'd like personalized instruction. In addition to the Mentor Protégé Program where former Fit Camp graduates are paying it forward and encouraging new attendees, she now offers numerous other classes. Pilates, Zumba and TRX strength training are some of the most popular and are open to both Fit Camp graduates as well as the public. Class size is limited to 20 and the schedule is available here.
