FUNDRAISING SUCCESS!

The NEMJDS Upper School would like to give a HUGE THANKS to all the parents, teachers, and of course, Ms. Raviv, for coming out on a Sunday and again on Tuesday at 5:30am to set up and host an incredible Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser to support their Youth Philanthropy initiative.  Pancakes, egg casserole, bagels, fruit and coffee were enjoyed by hundreds of people.  Breakfasts were even DELIVERED to the Birmingham Jewish Foundation Board meeting and to the United Way meeting!  Thank you for your support.  A special thank you to Publix Supermarkets for their food donations.

We are so proud of the Upper School's success .....

  • Over 130 people attended the breakfast
  • Over 250 pancakes were served
  • Students raised $780!
Sam Dillard prepares the breakfasts To-Go.
Aaron Bard and Shalom Friedman manage the fundraising.
Zachary Hagedorn and Reuben Stein serve a delicious breakfast.
Norman Eddy LOVED his pancakes!
