Next Republican Meeting
The next regular meeting of the Alachua County Republican Executive Committee is Thusday, April 25th at 7:00 P.M. The meetings are held at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge. That is at 3301 North Main Terrace in Gainesville.

Red Plate Special - Hamburger and Hotdog Cookout Tomorrow After Work
On Thursday, April 11th, the ACREC is hosting a hamburger and hotdog cookout at our headquarters after work. Ed Braddy will be coming by, so come by and wish him luck.
There is no agenda, just a friendly after-work get together and cookout. We are asking people to chip in $3 or $4 to help offset the cost of the food.
It will be great fun!

Mayoral Race
Ed Braddy is running for Gainesville Mayor against incumbant Craig Lowe. Lowe is the guy with the really messy yard and all the charm of an angry hornet. He likes to tell other commissioners that they are full of hot air, and deny citizens the right to be fairly heard. He is also an advocate for paying far flung companies billions of dollars of your money to burn down trees for energy production. The more you think about it, Craig Lowe really isn't all that bright, is he?
