Health Care Services
Yes means the Florida Consitution will prevent the government from being able to force you to purchase health insurance.

Constitutional Amendment 2

Veterans Disabled Due to Combat Injury; Homestead Property Tax Discount
Yes means that diabled veterans who moved to Florida after entering the military will have a property tax discount. No means that you do not want to extend that discount.

State Government Revenue Limitation
Yes means that the state changes the way it calculates its revenue limit to a formula based on population growth and inflation instead of the current calculation based on personal income.

Constitutional Amendment 4
Property Tax Limitations; Property Value Decline; Reduction for Nonhomestead Assessment Increases; Delay of Scheduled Repeal
Yes means that the maximum annual increase in taxable, non-homestead property is reduced from 10% to 5%. It also limits local government's ability to increase property taxes when property values decline.

Tangible Personal Property Tax Exemption
A Yes vote means that you want to double the personal tangible property tax exemption from $25,000 to $50,000. This provides tax relief to many small businesses.

Additional Homestead Exemption; Low-income Seniors Who Maintain Long-Term Residency on Property; Equal to Assessed Value
