Kölsch Brewery Tour 
Who doesn't like a good beer? Especially specialty beers that are hard to come by! In fact, Kölsch beer, the local specialty since 1918 cannot be brewed outside of the Cologne region. The Kölsch beer is a bright straw-yellow colour with a prominent taste of hoppiness served in a tall, thin cylinder called a Stange (pole). If you're a beer connoisseur or simply want to socialize, you will definitely want to join us for the Kölsch Brewery Tour on Wednesday 17 April! We will take a couple hours to tour three different Kölsch breweries and have the opportunity to try one beer at each location! What better way to start a conference then with a good local beer?
