eBay Acquires 4.3 Million New Users 
ICMA Member, eBay, acquired 4.3 million new users in 2012 and generated $13 billion in sales. The majority of these new users are accessing eBay's services via mobile devices. Their mobile payment platform, PayPal Mobile tripled their volume since 2011 ending the year at $14 billion in mobile payment volume. Congratulations eBay!
