Augusta Township's 5th Annual Business of the Year Award on October 10

The award is being presented at the Grenville Snowmobile Club at a lunch on Friday, October 10, 12 noon. Brockville Country Club being celebrated for its 100-year history
  
The Brockville Country Club is being honoured by the Elizabethtown-Kitley Council and the Economic Development Committee at the Township's 2014 Business Luncheon on Thursday, October 2. You can join the celebration recognizing a century of operation.
  
The Township's annual event to recognize outstanding business achievements is being held at the Brockville Country Club at 1548 County Road 2. Registration and networking starts at 11:30 a.m. Limited seating is available. To register email the Township at mail@elizabethtown-kitley.on.ca by Friday, September 26.

Eastern Ontario Events Centre hosts FREE special event training sessions
The Eastern Ontario Event Centre supports volunteer event organizers with event training, resources, and rental equipment. The Centre services schools, churches, fairs, music festivals, rodeos, sporting and heritage events.
  
On Tuesday, September 30, from 7-8:30 p.m. in Prescott, trainer Jan Bonhomme, an experienced event planner with 40 years of experience, will lead a session on creating revenue for your event, including topics such as grant applications, sponsorship, and vendors.
