PPG Industries presented ITI Glass with its Pacesetter Award in recognition of the company's high volume of Solarban sales in 2012.
PPG Certified Fabricator Program members earn the annual award for selling more than 650,000 square feet of Solarban products in a year - a mark achieved by the program's top members.
"Last year's increase in Solarban sales really benefits all of our customers because it greatly improves our production quality," said David Wickham, ITI Glass general manager. "The more we handle soft-coat products like Solarban, the better we get at handling all glass types."
ITI Glass is committed to continually improving quality and investing in production. As part of this effort, the company deployed a new software system to manage production more effectively, much of which came online in 2012.
"We look forward to using last year's success as a benchmark for growth in the coming year," said Wickham. "We could not have done it -- and we can't do it again -- without customers who trust us with their work."
Solarban high-performance low-e coated glass products are available exclusively through PPG's network of CFP members. ITI Glass has been a PPG CFP since 2006.
