Justice at Work
June 2015
It's hard to believe, but June 30th is just days away, marking the end of our 2014-15 Campaign for Justice. We are so grateful for all of you who have stepped up again this year in the name of equal justice.

If you haven't had an opportunity yet to make your donation, we hope you'll do so now by clicking here. We don't want to get to June 30th without you.
CLS Lawyer Honored for Service

Colorado Legal Services staff attorney, Bob Keating, received the Pueblo County Bar Association's 2015 Community Service Award on June 19th. Bob has been a legal aid lawyer in Pueblo for the past 20 years and was recognized for being a role model for access to justice. While Bob's work for CLS primarily has been specialized in elder law, he also has been a fierce advocate for landlord/tenant, domestic relations, and healthcare cases as well.

Associates Lead the Charge for Legal Aid

The Foundation's 11th annual Associates Campaign was the most successful yet, raising nearly $115,000 for legal aid during the month of March. This associate-led effort enlisted over 1,000 members of the legal community to assure fairness for all in our justice system.

A record 50 law firms participated in this year's Campaign, 34 of which achieved 100 percent associate participation. Check out the winners of this friendly competition here.
