Amended By-Law to read:

1.a. The Executive Committee shall consist of:

i.    President (CFUW Vice-President Ontario)

ii.   Secretary

iii. Treasurer

iv. Communications Convenor

v. Chair of Standing Committee on Legislation

vi. Chair of Standing Committee on Education

viii.Regional Director Ontario North

x. Regional Director Ontario West

xi. Regional Director Ontario Central

xii. Regional Director Ontario East

Rationale: This is a housekeeping motion to bring CFUW OC by-laws in line with the National Articles and By-Laws. Since its beginning CFUW OC included all Ontario regional directors in the executive committee.   When CFUW National created the new region of Ontario Huron, it meant that CFUW Ontario Council needed to add the new regional director to the membership of the Executive Committee to insure that all Ontario Regional Directors have a voice on the Executive Committee.
