Hi there!  

Troy was kind enough to let us make a short video highlighting his magic technique as he makes Cochran's Own Fresh [Delicious] Sausages. He starts with ground pork, adds our special spices, some water and after mixing it, the meat goes through the casings and then they're  ready to be tied. After Troy ties them, he cuts them and packages them up. Now they're ready for you to pick up in the meat section.  

These sausages are very low in fat and are 95% meat. Troy suggests baking them at 375F for 20 minutes (puncture a couple of holes first). Yum Yum. This week, our Fresh Sausages and our Chicken Wings are on special. Perfect timing for your Super Bowl Sunday festivities!
