Invitation to Become Career, Technology, and Higher Education Investigations Guest Speaker/Advisor
|
Career, Technical, and Higher Education Investigations is a technology embedded course that will provide students with opportunities to develop technology skills they will use throughout high school and into college and career while actively investigating their career options for the upcoming years in high school and beyond. The Chamber is working with AISD to invite business leaders the opportunity to talk directly with 8th grade students about emerging career opportunities within your industry. We are asking member organizations who are willing, to speak at one or more district-wide 8th grade class assembly and/or present a demonstration at an on-campus "Career Day" to inspire and encourage students to imagine a multitude of career options.
