Chamber After Hours is a come-and-go event providing the opportunity for networking, building relationships and exchanging business cards with prospective clients and customers. It is also a terrific way to "bring a friend" and introduce a new member to the Chamber.

Women's Alliance Inspired Women Luncheon Planning Kick-off Social This WEDNESDAY
The Arlington Chamber's Women's Alliance is holding a come and go "Kick-Off Social" on Wednesday, June 24 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. This kick-off will be held at Sugar Bee Sweets Bakery, along with the Chamber's newest member, Mercury Wine Bar & Grill, 2410 W Abram Street. Join in the exciting networking opportunity and gain insights into the opportunities surrounding October's Inspired Women Luncheon. The "social" includes a Kendra Scott Trunk Show, where 20% of the proceeds go to the Women's Alliance Scholarship Fund. Wear your robin egg blue colors!

The program seeks to identify potential community leaders, educate them regarding civic engagement and leadership opportunities, and provides the graduate and their sponsoring company, access to a wide network of like-minded professional leaders.

Arlington ISD State of the District Luncheon is August 10

Superintendent Dr. Marcelo Cavazos and the Board of Trustees will present an update on the District and the progress of the Achieve Today. Excel Tomorrow. strategic plan. The Monday, August 10 State of the District Luncheon Address is a "must hear" event for faculty, administrators, parents, Arlington business leaders, civic leaders and the media. Dr. Cavazos plans to discuss  innovative programs, partnerships and an outlook for the 2015/2016 school year. Please click here to register.

Women's Alliance Scholarship Applications Now Being Accepted
Women's Alliance

The Women's Alliance of the Arlington Chamber annually awards scholarships to female students attending UT Arlington or Tarrant County College. Four Dr. Judith J. Carrier scholarships will be awarded in 2015. Completed applications must be submitted by September 14.
