The Arlington Chamber of Commerce recognizes small businesses in the community (a for-profit, a non-profit and a Veteran-owned) for their business achievements, innovation, response to adversity and contributions to aid community-oriented projects.

Shady Valley Country Club to Host Chamber After Hours on February 24
Chamber After Hours is a come-and-go event providing the opportunity for networking, building relationships and exchanging business cards with prospective clients and customers. It is also a terrific way to "bring a friend" and introduce a new member to the Chamber.  


Join our Ambassadors, Arlington Chamber Young Professionals and a host of members to expand your networking contacts.

$15,000 in Scholarships Available to Arlington ISD Students -
Applications Due February 27 
As part of the Champion Education Initiative, the Arlington Chamber Foundation is offering six $2,500 scholarships to 2014-2015 graduating Arlington ISD students who plan to attend either the University of Texas at Arlington or Tarrant County College. One $2,500 scholarship per high school is available. To download the application, please click here.
Chamber New Member Orientation is February 20 
Not sure if a Chamber membership is worth the investment? Want to learn how to get the most out of your new Chamber membership? Then attend a Chamber Orientation Luncheon and begin to maximize your membership investment. This session provides guidance in understanding the products, services and networking opportunities available through your Chamber.


Chamber Orientation is Friday, February 20 at 11:30 a.m. at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. This "new or prospective member" lunch is complimentary, but we ask you to register here so that we may plan for catering.

Invitation to Become Career, Technology, and Higher Education Investigations Guest Speaker/Advisor

Career, Technology, and Higher Education Investigation (CTHEI) is a technology embedded course that will provide students with opportunities to develop technology skills they will use throughout high school and into college and career while actively investigating their career options for the upcoming years in high school and beyond.


The Chamber is working with AISD to provide business leaders the opportunity to talk directly with 8th grade students about career opportunities in their respective industry. The register, please click here to complete the application and volunteer process.

The Arlington Chamber is holding a Networking Lead's Group Open House at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 27.  Please register to learn about the value of Networking Groups, meet representatives of the Chamber's four groups and begin to engage with potential new ambassadors to promote your business. Our valued member, Costco, will sponsor the breakfast.
