The Arlington Chamber celebrates the end of the fiscal year and the beginning of the new year at the Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner. The September 30 event at the Convention Center will feature a "sports impact on Arlington economy" panel discussion with Brad Sham (voice of the Cowboys), Rick Baker and Thomas Bain (AT&T Cotton Bowl Board). Chamber Members Invited to Attend
Arlington ISD Special Procurement Meeting NEXT MONDAY
|
A "Doing Business with the School District" meeting will be held next Monday, September 22 from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. at the Mac Bernd Professional Development Center. Superintendent Dr. Marcelo Cavazos and the AISD procurement team will address the process to doing business with the Arlington ISD in general, then give an update on the bond procurement schedule. All businesses are invited to attend this complimentary event.

Women's Alliance Scholarship Applications Must be Submitted in EIGHT DAYS
|
The Women's Alliance of the Arlington Chamber  annually awards scholarships to female students attending UT Arlington or Tarrant County College. Four Dr. Judith J. Carrier scholarships will be awarded in 2014. Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, September 23.
