AISD Bond Proposal
Early Voting Begins April 28 |
The Chamber Board of Directors voted unanimously to support the bond pr oposal for the Arlington Independent School District. This proposal keeps Arlington competitive with surrounding districts and maintains the momentum the district has gained in providing successful outcomes for its students. "Hiring Our Heroes" Arlington Event - May 12 |  Hiring Our Heroes, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, was launched in March 2011 as a nationwide initiative to help veterans, transitioning servicemembers, and military spouses find meaningful employment. On May 12, the Arlington Chamber, in partnership with the U.S. Chamber and the Texas Rangers, will hold a "Hiring Our Heroes" Veterans event at Globe Life Ballpark.
