Business" luncheon. We proudly welcome NBC 5 Today Anchor, Deborah Ferguson as emcee of the luncheon co-hosted by the Arlington Chamber, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Small Business Development Center. The luncheon will feature an address by Jeff Williams, President of Graham Associates, and the 2012 Arlington Small Business of the Year. The Chamber's 2013 Outstanding Small Businesses of the Year will also be recognized - Bob Moore Construction, Inc. and Girls Inc. of Tarrant County.
The luncheon is this Thursday, May 23 at the Sheraton Arlington Hotel. Come early (11:00 am) to visit the displays.

After a week of tension and acrimony between houses, state legislators have reportedly reached a deal on the budget, one that might eliminate the need for a special session (at least for now). A legislative update is posted here.
