2013 State of the County Luncheon This Thursday - Registration Closes TOMORROW! | Tarrant County Judge B. Glen Whitley will  present the "State of the County" luncheon address to Arlington Chamber of Commerce this Thursday, April 18 at the Hilton Arlington (11:30 am - 1:00 pm).
Whitley, a member of the county commissioners court since 1997, serves as the head administrative official for the county government, which has more than 4,000 employees and locations in all areas of Tarrant County. The county is the main agency responsible for the administration of the criminal justice, the civil and family court systems, public health and is a significant player in local transportation decisions. We proudly announce NBC 5 Today Anchor, Deborah Ferguson as emcee of the luncheon co-hosted by the Arlington Chamber, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Small Business Development Center. The Arlington Chamber will also award its Small Businesses of the Year at the event.
The luncheon is Thursday, May 23 at the Sheraton Arlington Hotel.

Accepting Youth Applications |  Leadership Arlington is looking for applicants for the next class of Youth Leadership Arlington. This is an excellent program that gives Juniors in High School the opportunity to learn about a variety of areas in the city, including Government, Economic Development, and Arts and Culture, while building leadership skills.
