Metrics that Matter

Monday, June 27, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
The implementation of healthcare reform has produced a heightened sense of competition and need to demonstrate value, making it increasingly important for health centers to measure and monitor organizational data to inform financial management decisions.

Applying data analysis tools helps health center leadership more effectively track performance, understand key drivers, and incorporate operational insights to position the organization for financial sustainability and continued success.

Join Jonathan Chapman, Capital Link Director of Community Health Center Advisory Services, to learn how to use metrics to measure and monitor your health center's performance.

This webinar is available to Connections members only.

Performance Benchmarking Toolkit
Through a National Cooperative Agreement with HRSA, Capital Link published a resource titled "Performance Benchmarking Toolkit for Health Centers." This toolkit provides guidance in applying data analysis tools to help health centers more effectively track performance, understand key drivers, and incorporate operational insights for financial sustainability.

The HCCN Grant Project Team created an Excel Version of the Performance Benchmarking Toolkit that can be downloaded and modified to fit individual health center goals and experience.

Both versions of the toolkit are available on the KAMU HCCN Resource Site.
