Mock Surveys. Organizations have the opportunity to participate in a Mock Survey that mirrors the actual process of a formal survey for PCMH Recognition by NCQA, including a self-assessment against NCQA's 2014 PCMH standards and the provision of supporting documentation to substantiate the self-assessment.

These surveys are conducted by trained NCQA reviewers who leave detailed feedback on each of the elements included in the clinic's self-assessment. Organizations also have the opportunity for a 2 hour conference call with NCQA staff to discuss the results and help determine next steps.

Mock Survey opportunities are limited and will be provided on a first-come/first-serve basis. For more information and to be considered for a mock survey, contact GRIP staff at pcmh-grip@ncqa.org.
