EHR-Specific User Groups
There are 5 EHR systems in use at Connections health centers - athenaClinicals, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Practice Partner, and SuccessEHS. The user groups, forums and/or blogs listed below have been established to support users of these systems. Participants of these communication mediums benefit from collaboration with peers, collective learning, and the sharing of common problems, solutions, experiences and best practices.

An independent forum for users of eCW. A place for users to share thoughts, difficulties, questions and successes in using the software. The site is maintained and moderated by users and is not affiliated with or financially supported by eClinicalWorks, LLC.

WebEx meetings held 11:00a.m.-12:00p.m. CT the 2nd Monday of each month. Face to Face meetings held at NACHC P&I, CHI and FOM/IT. *See user group description below.

This group is user run and is intended to facilitate discussion, collaboration and troubleshooting among hospitals, health systems and group physician practices running eClinicalWorks.

Practice Partner from McKesson










An independent user group for McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS) customers. Insight delivers comprehensive virtual and in-person education, training and advocacy programs through user-inspired discussion forums, educational webinars, special interest and regional groups, conferences and much more.

A communication tool for the McKesson Community at-large for knowledge-sharing, posting content and networking.

A LinkedIn community of individuals and companies driving collaboration between one another and McKesson Technology Solutions to maximize value for all.
SuccessEHS from Greenway



WebEx meetings held 1:00-2:30p.m. CT the last Tuesday of each month. Face to Face meeting held at NACHC FOM/IT. *See user group description below.

A LinkedIn user group intended to share ideas, suggestions and best practices to help facilitate improved workflow and overcome challenges unique to FQHC's.

* NACHC User Group meetings allow health centers to meet and discuss common issues, learn about new features and functionality, share experiences and gain valuable insight on lessons learned and best practices.
