Lakemoor's 5K Run Walk
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Dear Participant,
We are sorry to have to inform you that we have had to cancel the Village's 5K Run/Walk which was due to be held on Saturday, June 22, 2013 starting at Morrison Park.
Following the low number of participants and the costs associated with facilitating this event, these were the important contributing factors to our decision. The Village is committed to expanding activities for residents while still ensuring fiscal responsibility with taxpayer dollars.
In the near future, we will explore the possibility of a 5k walk/run in the future in a smaller scale while still taking in our beautiful natural surroundings. We would appreciate your future participation and support.
If you have registered and paid your registration fee, please let us know how you would like your fundraiser registration fee handled.
- You may stop in at the Village Hall and receive a cash refund.
- You can request that we mail you a refund check.
- You can have your registration fee still be donated to our Parks and Recreation Events.
Therefore, on behalf of the Village of Lakemoor, we would like to apologize for the cancellation.

Concession stand will be open for you to purchase refreshments if you wish.

2013-2014 Village Stickers Are Now Due - Enforcement Has Begun
The 2013-2014 Village Stickers were due on by May 1, 2013. The Police Department has begun to issue citations for non-compliance. Purchase your vehicle sticker today at Village Hall or on-line to avoid a $50.00 fine.
