November Means a New Referral Program and So Much More!
 
The month of November is flying by and the holidays are fast approaching. At Precision Pilates studio we are making some exciting new changes, introducing a new referral program and looking forward to holiday sales. 

We know that our clients love Pilates and we are hoping that your friends, family and co-workers will love it as much as you do. For each referral you can earn Precision Pilates Rewards! 

Recently we added monthly memberships and online payment for your convenience.  Memberships will include either one, two or three visits per week.  Discounts are also be offered on all packages depending if you sign up for three, six, or twelve months. 

We are excited to introduce a new member to our team. Katie DeMerchant, who is also the daughter of a long-time client of Precision Pilates is our new Office Assistant. Katie will be helping us with some of the day to day tasks as well as taking the lead on some marketing projects and other items. She is a beginner to Pilates and is eager to learn all she can from our clients and the rest of the team. Very soon she will be able to answer all your questions. Welcome Katie! 

The temperature has dropped and a chill might be starting to find it's way into your bones. Below I have included a soup recipe that I absolutely love and will keep you warm in spite of the almost winter winds. This leek and potato soup will be the taste of comfort food that you've been craving.

Precision Pilates is becoming an international name. A reminder for everyone that it IS studio policy to take a class off your package if you do not notify us that you plan to cancel your attendance.

All private lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice are charged as a full lesson.  

Due to many classes and appointment times being full, if you do not cancel your space, others can not attend class.  

You can cancel via the online software, send us an email, give us a call, or text our phone number. 

We do understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control.  If this is the case, let us know.

Client Referral Program

We want you to share the benefits that you've experienced from your journey with Pilates. Help a friend or a member of your family also reap the benefits, physically and mentally by referring them to Precision Pilates. It's approaching the time for giving, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't give yourself something too. 

Every time you refer a family or friend to Precision Pilates you earn rewards.
For each referral who purchases a package of group classes or private lessons you receive twenty dollars on your Precision Pilates account to spend on group classes of your choice. Five referrals earns you one hundred dollars.  

We wish to build our client base, so that we can offer you, our valued clients more services, class options, products, new apparatus and guest teachers. This will also help our entire team attend Pilates conferences so we can continue to study deeper into the Pilates Method.

For every Friend or Family member that you refer, who buys a package of group or private classes you will earn $20.00 to your Precision Pilates account to spend on group classes of your choice. 
Monthly Memberships 
We have decided to offer monthly memberships (30 days). We will have three different memberships, One, two, or three visits per week and give the option to sign up for three, six, or twelve months and offer discounts of 10%, 15%, or 20% respectively.  

Membership 1 - ONE visit per week which includes (per 30 days) one Private lesson, one Apparatus class, two Mat classes. 

Membership 2 - TWO visits per week which includes (per 30 days) two Private lessons, two Apparatus Class, four Mat classes. 

Membership 3 - THREE visits per week which includes (per 30 days) four Private lessons, four Apparatus classes, four Mat classes.

The contract for these memberships is as follows: 
Precision Pilates will process a charge of (90, 85, 80) (180, 170, 160) (306, 289, 272) plus HST every month during the contract period on the same day of the month (Purchase date anniversary) for the membership term.

All lessons and classes included in the monthly visit entitlement expire at the end of each month, even if if unused, i.e. no carryovers. Private lessons are provided by assigned qualified instructors. (Sandrine Corbin and Lynne West) You are responsible for signing up for and cancelling classes on Mindbody online software. 

You are responsible for updating your credit card information on the Mindbody online payment system a minimum of 10 days prior to the monthly payment date if your credit card information changes, is renewed or terminated.

If any payment is not honoured, you agree to immediately replace the payment with an additional penalty of 40$.

Members who sign up for the 12 month term may request one deferral annually provided the request is made at least 30 days in advance.

These packages cannot be cancelled before the end of the contract and payments will continue to be withdrawn each month, however, if there are circumstances affecting your participation beyond your control, please let us know.

All posted Studio policies are applicable to the Membership program, particularly the cancellation policies for private lessons and group classes.

Leek and Potato Soup
BON APPÉTIT | MAY 1996 Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 large leeks (white and pale green parts only), halved lengthwise, thinly sliced (about 4 1/2 cups)
2 large russet potatoes (about 18 ounces total), peeled, diced
4 1/2 cups (or more) chicken stock or canned low-salt broth
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Preparation
Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add leeks; stir to coat with butter. Cover saucepan; cook until leeks are tender, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Add potatoes. Cover and cook until potatoes begin to soften but do not brown, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Add 4 1/2 cups stock. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are very tender, about 30 minutes.
Puree soup in batches in processor until smooth. Return to saucepan. Thin with additional stock if soup is too thick. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Bring soup to simmer. Ladle into bowls. Garnish with chives and serve.
