So the word is out!  We've added a new program known as BarSculpt!  You've read about it in the magazines, seen celebrities coming and going to these classes in Hollywood and now you can try it right here in Fredericton!  Precision Pilates is the first and only studio in New Brunswick to offer barre fitness classes!

This Saturday, June 8th is our Annual Open House.  From 10am-3pm we will have our doors open to try Pilates and BarSculpt, meet the teachers, see our studio, and put your name in a draw for some great prizes.  Of course, this is also the one and only day every year that we put our class and lesson packages on sale!!  More information below!

A HUGE Congratulations to Carol for passing her Comprehensive exam in Boston on Sunday.  Of course there was never any doubt!  Carol is a kind and giving Pilates teacher who knows the work and feels it deep in her body and spirit.  This is incredibly important on so many levels.  I am beyond proud of her and all of her accomplishments!  We will celebrate!  Please give her a hug and congrats when you see her in the studio!

A quick and final note to let you know that all BarSculpt classes for the month of June will be FREE.  We want you to have a chance to try the classes and we also want our teachers to get more practice as well as iron out any kinks on the studio level. So please, come take a class and let us know what you think!

The day that you've all been asking about is nearly upon us!  Our annual open house!  Saturday June 8th from 10am -3pm Precision Pilates will be open to share, teach, chat, and more!

Are you as excited as we are?  This past weekend I (Cara), Megan and Tanner went to Portland, Maine to do the BarSculpt Training.  What fun!  Boy are we sore! 

BarSculpt is a fitness program that includes many movements at the Ballet Barre that create long, lean muscles.  It is a low-impact cardio class that includes muscle toning, stretching, and balance work that leaves you feeling like you just walked out of a Hollywood fitness class!   Working the body from head to toe, you work up a sweat and have more FUN than you remember in years!!

Although I did the training, I do not plan to teach the classes.  Megan Woodworth (yes, the very same Megan laying next to you in Pilates class) and Tanner Wilson will be taking care of the teaching for this great program!  We are thrilled to have them on board! 

What is exciting about all of this?  Everything obviously! But also that there will be FREE (Yes!!) FREE BarSculpt classes for the month of June!!! 

Okay, so what happens when June ends?  Well, BarSculpt will be include in your Pilates MAT packages, so you can use the package interchangeably between the two programs!  The scheduling is online just like everything else.  Awesome right?
