Greetings!
Hard to believe that in two weeks it will be Christmas Day! I know that my kids are getting more excited by the day. Honestly, I am excited too. I wonder if I am more excited now, as a mother, than I was as a kid. The studio has been busy this fall and lots of things have been going on. I travelled to Seattle in November for a 3 day conference at Metropolitan Pilates with Dorothee VandeWalle, Brooke Siler, and Peter Fiasca. I also recently returned from NYC where I was at a two day workshop with Jay Grimes. Jay studied with Joe Pilates himself, so having the opportunity to do more workshops, and have a private lesson with him was amazing. The knowledge that I bring back to Precision Pilates every time I travel is really second to none in Eastern Canada and beyond. I am so thrilled to share it with all of you each day.
Exciting news for our very own Kelly McKeen! She has opened her own Authentic Pilates studio in Woodstock! At Play Pilates is a fully equipped and full schedule studio! If you have friends or family in Woodstock or surrounding areas, send them to Kelly! As her mentor, I am VERY proud of Kelly and this new and exciting life path! We will continue to see her at Precision Pilates too, when she comes to help us teach, or takes lessons! Stay in touch and we'll interview her this winter!
With the holiday season comes the Fredericton Feed a Family Campaign hosted by the CBC. This year, at Precision Pilates, Carol has collected over $1100.00 worth of gift cards and products from all of our favourite folks to put into a basket. Winter Schedule is ready!
The winter schedule is online and registration is open. Be sure to book your favourite class times as far in advance as you want, and remember that January and February are always VERY busy!!

Open Studio
Wonder what 'open studio' means on the schedule?
Joe Pilates original studio didn't have set class or lesson times. People just dropped in whenever they wanted, worked out under the supervision of Joe, Clara, or any of their apprentices. Joe taught all of his students how to safely use all the apparatus, he had the exercise lists hanging on the walls, and so people could come in, do their workout, and then leave!
We've added two times for Open Studio on the schedule. Tuesday evenings 5:15-6:15, and Thursday mornings 11am -12am.
The studio is open to any and all of our clients who have a current package of classes. You may come, workout, use all or any of the apparatus, ask questions of either Cara or Carol and learn a few things on your own time.
Everything will be fully supervised as safety is our priority.

Important Studio Policy
A reminder for everyone that it is studio policy to take a class off your package if you do not notify us that you will not be attending.
Also, all private lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 fee. Private lessons cancelled the 'day of' are charged as a full lesson.
Due to many classes and appointment times being full, if you do not cancel your space, others can not attend class.
You can cancel via the online software, send us an email, give us a call or text our phone number.
We do understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control. If this is the case, let us know.
