Mobile Optimization
Allegiance will soon roll out mobile optimization for pledge pages. When donors visit your donation pages from a mobile device, the layout will be optimized so the text entry boxes fill the entire width of the screen. Stations may also include jQuery styling to further enhance the user experience.
Best of all, no extra pledge page needs to be set up for mobile devices; one pledge page will work across all devices and browsers. Once these new features are ready, Allegiance will provide a template for creating a master page optimized for mobile devices. Simply apply the template to the desired page and it is ready to go!
The OPI module is also being overhauled for mobile screens. The new design and layout take full advantage of a small touch screen. Options will be included to allow people to call, text, or email the station directly from the website. Additionally, stations may use the jQuery Mobile Theme Roller to quickly and easily create a theme for the mobile OPI sites.
Fundraising V9.2
The planning for Version 9.2 continues. We are going through the list of enhancement requests from you, our users, and prioritizing them by most requested and most beneficial to all of our users. Please go to the Feedback area in the Allegiance User Forum to submit ideas. This will give other Allegiance users a chance to add their comments to your request. Your feedback helps us greatly in the development of future versions.
