Help Buttons Have Arrived
Have you noticed the help buttons that have started appearing on your Version 9.1 menus? We are happy to announce that the long awaited in-line documentation has arrived! We have been busy updating the current user guides Version 9.1 and converting them from PDF to HTML. We are rolling them out as we get them completed.
The newest MSI (9.1.86) has help buttons in the following areas: Management Reports, Pledge Drive Reports, Tables, Address Automation, Appended Data, Day Sponsor, Expanded Premium, Kids Club, Major Gifts, Matching Gifts, Web Module Reports, and Auction Reports. The new HTML format allows the help buttons to open the document right to the section you need. You can also use the table of contents to navigate to another area. The images are minimized to save space, but you can expand them by clicking on the image to see the full sized image. You can also enlarge the images with the Enlarge All Images option on the Table of Contents tab, and you can print a copy from there as well. We hope you are as excited about this new documentation as we are. Remember to keep watching for the help buttons to appear in more areas with every new update!

If you see Software Updates Available on your Allegiance Main Menu, or you have already updated to the latest release you will want to go to the News & Software Updates area of the Allegiance User Forum to see the list of changes and fixes included in the latest update.
Fundraising V9.2
The planning for Version 9.2 has begun. We are going through the list of enhancement requests from you, our users, and prioritizing them by most requested and most beneficial to all of our users. Please go to the Feedback area in the Allegiance User Forum to submit ideas. This will give other Allegiance users a chance to add their comments to your request. Your feedback helps us greatly in the development of future versions.
