During the last few months, we've been working hard to create upgrades and changes to include in our newest release: Fundraising V9.1. As always, when deciding which changes to make, we review what our clients request most to ensure it will benefit the most users.
One such feature is a new Survey Results Grid which will be part of the Web module. This grid is like the Campaign Page Report, but instead of showing pledge drive results, it will provide survey results. Similar to the Campaign Page Report, you will have the ability to break down survey data in many different ways including: affiliation, answer, date and time, state, city, and ZIP. This report gives you the ability to quickly see and explore the results of your surveys.
Another change in V9.1 is an upgrade to the Favorites section on the Fundraising Main Menu. In the new version, you can add a Sustainer Income bar graph to show the number of sustaining donors your organization has and the payments received each month during a fiscal year. The graph is color coded to show the amount for each mode of payment. Hovering the mouse over a section of a bar displays its value.
Additionally, you will see enhancements in the Activities area. We added the ability to attach activities to a People Record, a pledge, payment, or a transaction ID. You'll be able to set deadlines or ticklers for activities and add notes to existing activity records. An activity status can be set to open or resolved. This feature will allow for more reporting capabilities and speed problem resolution.
