Some of these challenges are fairly easy to overcome, but others can cripple your organization's sustainability program. With the proper resources and vision, developing and implementing a strategy that works for your specific organization is not only achievable, but profitable. Our upcoming seminar is fast approaching and there are a limited number of seats left. In this inter-active workshop, we will share our expertise and work directly with you to overcome obstacles and deliver on your sustainability goals.

Attending this seminar will help you prioritize sustainability goals, identify specific targets, and develop concrete steps to accomplish your objectives.
  • Turn Theory into Practice - Enhancing your program will help you realize tangible results. Client Highlight:
Liberty Property Group Committed to Continuous Improvement

In 2013, Liberty Property Group's Dennis Skelly won two coveted EBie awards for reducing environmental impacts of the Reflections II property. Reflections II won The Smooth Operator, recognizing the most improved building across two or more sustainability categories achieved solely through improved operations and maintenance, NOT capital improvements; and The Reformed Gas Guzzler, recognizing the building with the highest percentage of energy savings. This property is a great example of a commitment to continuous improvement. Liberty is dedicated to reducing the impacts of their buildings and providing high quality properties for their customers. With SSC's guidance, the property also achieved both ENERGY STAR and LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Gold Certifications. For more information on the project, click here.
