"I'm more grateful for Cross Roads than I can say."

Jason on his last day at Cross Roads House.

Click here to read our latest printed newsletter which features a story about former resident Jason, a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. When he arrived at Cross Roads House, Jason had already secured a great job with a local employer, but he had nowhere to stay and what he referred to as "a Toyota Camry's worth of debt" to pay off in order to gain the security clearance he needed to keep his job. For six months, Jason stayed in our transitional housing program and was able to pay down his debt, secure permanent housing, and get back on his feet.
There's still time!!

Demand for shelter is constant year-round and so is the need for financial support of the vital services Cross Roads House provides.

With the end of our fiscal year fast approaching on June 30th, Cross Roads House is poised to meet our fundraising goals, but we need your help. Three quarters of our operating budget comes from private contributions. Please click here to make a gift before June 30th and be counted among our supporters.

Families and individuals experiencing homelessness in our community continue to turn to us when they have nowhere else to go. With your support, we can provide them with the life changing opportunity to move from homelessness to permanent housing.

Thank You Cold Stone Creamery

Special thanks to Cold Stone Creamery in Newington for donating ice cream and fixings for our "End of the School Year" party on June 24th. Everyone enjoyed the "Make Your Own Sundae" bar and an amazing magic and escape artistry show by Bob Fellows.
Thank You Traip Academy

We would like to extend a very big "Thank You!" to JJ Dufort's homeroom class from Traip Academy for collecting and donating food and personal care items for our residents! We are so grateful for their generosity!
